Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Kumar Abhishek, today chaired two separate meetings to review the progress of Mission YUVA and status of Jamabandi Digitization in the district. During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed the cases approved by the District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) for sanction and disbursement of loans under the scheme.

He took stock of the status of loan applications submitted to different banks and directed the concerned officers to ensure timely processing and disposal of all pending cases so that eligible youth can benefit without delay. The Deputy Commissioner also reviewed the status of verification of batches under the hybrid module and discussed the progress of subsidy cases disbursed against the approved applications.

He sought details about the number of awareness and facilitation camps organized by the Yuva Doots in collaboration with banks and emphasized the need to conduct more such camps to spread awareness among the youth about self-employment opportunities available under Mission Yuva.

Later, the Deputy Commissioner also reviewed the status of digitisation of Jamabandies in the district. He directed the concerned revenue officers to expedite the digitisation process and ensure accuracy of the records so that the public can easily access land records through online platforms.

He stressed that timely completion of the digitisation process will enhance transparency and improve delivery of revenue services to the people. ADC Rakesh Kumar, ACR Nitin Verma, AD Employment and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
