Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma today conducted a surprise inspection of the office of the Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE), Power Development Department (PDD) to assess the functioning of the office and the status of public service delivery.
During the inspection, the Deputy Commissioner interacted with the public who visited the office to seek redressal of their grievances. He enquired about the status of their complaints and the response of the department in addressing power-related issues.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned officials to ensure time-bound and effective redressal of public grievances, stressing that no complaint should remain unattended. He reiterated that public service delivery must remain transparent, accountable and citizen-centric.
