District Development Commissioner Reasi, Nidhi Malik, chaired a meeting of the District Level Committee to review progress under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme and approve cases under HADP and JKCIP. Detailed deliberations were held on HADP application approvals, unit tracking, Kisan Sathi Output Tracking, functioning of Kisan Khidmat Ghars and Daksh Kisan registrations.
It was informed that 15,080 applications have been received under HADP, of which 8,539 have been approved. A total of 3,085 units have been established and KSOT completed in 1,268 cases. During 2025–26, expenditure achieved stands at 78 percent.
Under Kisan Khidmat Groups, 75 KKGs have been established and onboarded through CSCs, with 32,005 farmers registered. A total of 11,690 farms and 2,120 farmers have completed registration and KYC respectively. KVK Reasi conducted an orientation programme in December 2025, with the next training scheduled from February 18 to 24.
Under Daksh Kisan, 10,070 farmers have been registered, with 8,644 enrolled in courses and 7,736 completing training. Under PMFME, no case is pending at DLC level. Loans have been sanctioned in 40 cases with 30 disbursed and 25 units established.
Under JKCIP, 557 applications have been received, of which 252 approved and 14 reverted. In the agriculture sector, 193 applications were received, 66 approved and 35 units established. The DDC directed completion of KSOT, increased farmer registrations and expedited unit establishment.
She approved 92 cases under JKCIP and 322 cases under HADP. Additional District Development Commissioner, Sukhdev Singh Samyal and other officers attended the meeting.
