Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Indu Kanwal Chib, today chaired a meeting of the District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) at the Mini Secretariat to review and evaluate proposals under Mission YUVA. During the meeting, a total of 295 cases were put up before the Committee for consideration. 

After thorough scrutiny and detailed deliberations, 271 cases were approved for sanction under the scheme. The meeting also reviewed the overall progress of Mission YUVA in the district, including the status of applications received, cases forwarded to banks, sanctions accorded and other implementation aspects to ensure effective execution of the programme.

Emphasising transparency and adherence to guidelines, the Deputy Commissioner directed officers to ensure proper verification while processing cases and stressed the need for timely disposal of genuine applications. 

The meeting was attended by Assistant Regional Transport Officer Bandipora, District Officer Pollution Control Board Bandipora, District Nodal Officer JKEDI Bandipora, Lead Bank Manager J&K Bank Bandipora, Cluster Head J&K Bank Bandipora, District Development Manager NABARD Bandipora, and other concerned officers.
