India Energy Week (IEW) 2026 will be held in Goa from 27 to 30 January 2026, bringing together global ministers, CEOs, policymakers, financial institutions, academia and technology providers at a crucial moment for the global energy sector. As the first major international energy event of the year, IEW 2026 will focus on strengthening energy security, catalysing investments and advancing practical pathways for decarbonisation.

Building on the success of previous editions, IEW 2026 is expected to witness participation from over 120 countries. The 2025 edition recorded more than 68,000 attendees, 570 exhibitors and 5,400 conference delegates across 100 conference sessions, reflecting the platform’s growing global stature. The upcoming edition aims to expand further, reinforcing India Energy Week’s position among the world’s leading energy dialogue forums.

Hosted under the patronage of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, and jointly organised by the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry (FIPI) and dmg events, IEW 2026 will provide a globally connected platform for cooperation on energy security, affordability and sustainability. 

Delegations from the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region are expected to participate, underlining India’s expanding role in global energy diplomacy.Against the backdrop of rising global energy demand and climate commitments, IEW 2026 will highlight India’s reform-driven energy framework, clean energy initiatives and infrastructure expansion. 

Key discussions will cover ethanol blending, biofuels, green hydrogen, sustainable fuels, natural gas expansion, consumer protection and price stability, alongside emerging low-carbon technologies.Over four days, IEW 2026 will feature ministerial roundtables, CEO dialogues, public-private sector interactions, technology showcases, exhibitions, social events and media engagements, fostering collaboration across the entire energy value chain.
