A seminar on stress management was recently organized for Pharmacy students at Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy, Bela, in collaboration with the Disha CSR Project of Lovely Professional University, Phagwara. The seminar focused on helping students understand the sources of stress and equipping them with effective strategies to deal with academic and personal pressure.

Renowned experts Dr. Vanspal Singh and Mr. Sumer explained to the students the root causes of stress—such as academic workload and life pressures—and provided practical tips for overcoming them. Their interactive session included advice on time management, healthy living, and maintaining a positive mindset, which encouraged students to reflect and discuss their own experiences of stress.

The college’s director, Dr. Shailesh Sharma, warmly welcomed both the guests and participants, emphasizing the importance of such seminars in promoting student wellness. At the close of the session, Mr. Devinder Kumar thanked the speakers for their valuable lectures and insights.

The event was praised by both faculty and students for its relevance and positive impact on student mental health.
