Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Thursday expressed concern over the harassment of Kashmiri students outside the state.Raising the issue during Question Hour in the Legislative Assembly (LA), senior party leader, Peerzada Mansoor Hussain said reportedly a number of Kashmiris were injured in Swami Parmanand College at Mohali in Punjab, when they were watching cricket match between Pakistan and Srilanka few days back.He expressed concern over the reoccurrence of such incidents. He said the ruling government has badly failed to ensure the safety of Kashmiris outside the state. Mansoor said J&K had joined the tolerant and secular India and everybody should be free to watch any sport. “Jingoism and ultra nationalistic approach won’t lead us anywhere.
