A one-year Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) course was today inaugurated at Government ITI Kishtwar by the District Development Commissioner (DDC) Pankaj Kumar Sharma under the Resettlement and Rehabilitation (R&R) Plan for the Project Affected Families (PAFs).

The initiative will benefit the affected families of Kwar, Kiru, Ratle, and Pakal Dul Hydroelectric Projects. As many as 13 individuals of project affected families have been enrolled in the self-financed COPA course, aiming to enhance their digital literacy and employability in the growing IT sector.
