As part of efforts to strengthen healthcare infrastructure in the district, Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Udhampur West, Pawan Kumar Gupta, along with Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai, formally handed over a newly donated ambulance to the Principal of Government Medical College, Udhampur.

The donation was made under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd. Speaking on the occasion, the MLA and Deputy Commissioner emphasized that the addition of the ambulance will greatly enhance emergency healthcare services in the district and serve as a vital asset for the benefit of the general public.

The ambulance, donated by Jammu and Kashmir Bank as part of its CSR program, is aimed at providing critical support for the transportation of patients and trauma cases, thereby boosting emergency medical response capabilities in the region.
