Haryana Development and Panchayat Minister, Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar, has been making continuous efforts to boost development in Panipat district. As part of this, he made special efforts to get approval from the Public Works Department to construct a road from Panipat to Jind. 

Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini has granted administrative approval of Rs. 184 crore for this project. The tender process for the construction will be completed soon. Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar said that a new road will be built from Panipat to Jind. 

The section from Panipat to Dariyapur Mod will be a four-lane road, which falls under Panipat district, and Rs.92 crore has already been approved for its construction. Similarly, the stretch from Dariyapur Mod to Jind will be a 10-meter-wide road under Jind district, with Rs. 92 crore allocated for its development. 

Besides this, Rs. 25.26 crore has been released for shifting electricity poles and fulfilling requirements of the Forest Department. The minister further said that drainage systems will be constructed in all villages along the road wherever required to ensure proper water management.
