District level Committee approves 1653 cases under HADP at Ganderbal

District Development Commissioner (DDC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore Thursday chaired a meeting of District Level Committee (DLC) at DC office here to discuss and approve cases received under Holistic Agriculture Development Plan (HADP) in the district.

The committee approved 1653 cases pertaining to various sectors, including agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, and allied fields. Among these, 80 cases have been linked with credit, amounting to financial assistance of Rs1.97 crore.

The DC emphasized that the HADP was a major step towards creating a sustainable and profitable agricultural ecosystem. He also stressed the importance of meeting the targets within the timeframe set for the concerned departments.

The meeting was attended by the Chief Planning Officer, Assistant Commissioner Development, Chief Agriculture Officer, District Sheep Husbandry Officer, Assistant Director Fisheries and other committee members.
