Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal chaired a District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) meeting today to review applications under the Mission Youth Schemes: Mumkin, Tejaswini, and the Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative (SEI).

The Deputy Commissioner thoroughly assessed the scheme-wise achievement of targets. Functionaries from implementing departments presented updates on respective schemes and progress.

Fresh 70 applications 41 for Mumkin, 8 for Tejaswini, and 21 for SEI were also presented before the Committee. After scrutinizing each proposal, approval was accorded to 37 Mumkin cases, 8 Tejaswini, and 19 SEI.

Highlighting the significance of these initiatives in empowering youth and promoting entrepreneurship in the district, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized the need to streamline the procedure for timely fund disbursement.

He directed concerned officers to meet their targets and enhance employment opportunities for the youth. The meeting was attended by the General Manager of DIC, Deputy Director Employment, ARTO, LDM and District Nodal Officer of JKEDI, along with other concerned officers.
