Private Secretary to Divisional Commissioner (Div Com) Kashmir, Mushtaq Ahmad Paul was today accorded affectionate adieu on attaining superannuation by Officers & Officials. Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri; Additional Commissioner Kashmir, Qazi Sarwar; Additional Commissioner Kashmir, Aabid Hussain; Assistant Commissioner Revenue Central, Kashmir, Adil Fareed; Revenue Attorney, Tahir Ahmad Magray; Deputy Director Planning, Ashiq Hussain Malik; and other officers & officials graced the occasion of farewell programme.
Speaking on the occasion, Div Com Kashmir appreciated Mushtaq for his dedication, honesty and integrity during the service and wished him healthy & fulfilling post retirement life. Other officers also lauded the significant contributions made by the retiree during his tenure, recognizing his dedication and service.
In his farewell speech, Mushtaq recounted the journey of thirty six years of his service in the Revenue Department while working in different capacities. He was presented a shawl and mementos by the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir & others as token of appreciation and affection to make the moment memorable.
