Trident Group, a global USD 2 Billion+ conglomerate, was recognized for its outstanding human resources practices at the prestigious TBD Textile Connect – Textile & Apparel Industry HR Summit Excellence Awards. The awards were presented by Giriraj Singh, Union Minister of Textiles, at an event recently held at Noida, who commended Trident Group for its leadership in driving HR innovation and fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce.

Takshashila provides these individuals with valuable career opportunities in the textile industry, offering starting salaries of ₹12 lakhs per annum while enabling them to earn, learn, and grow. Trident's continued growth significantly impacts the local economy. 

In Madhya Pradesh, where the company  plans to further invest ₹3,000 crore, creating 3,000 new jobs and expanding its workforce from 12,000 to over 15,000. The company's investments in skill-building and recruitment, particularly through the Takshashila initiative, demonstrate its unwavering commitment to contributing to the region's development.
