Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai today presided over the 37th meeting of the Building Operation Controlling Authority (BOCA), PDA Udhampur here at Mini Conference Hall, DC Office Complex, Udhampur.
CEO PDA, Devender Singh Bhau, Chief Planning Officer, Mohammad Iqbal, Sub Divisional Magistrate Chenani, Gurdev Kumar, Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti, Executive Engineer, JPDCL Udhampur and several other departmental officers attended the meeting.
The meeting focused on discussing pending cases for approval, including building permissions for construction, revalidation/extension of expired permissions, repair/renovation of permissions and fencing and development of land.
The DC directed to hold regular monthly BOCA meetings to ensure timely decisions on citizen applications.
