The entire story of the film Sector 36 unfolds after a burnt hand is found in a drain. Inspector Pandey (Deepak Dobriyal) arrives at the scene along with his two juniors and decides that this hand belongs to a monkey and the child who identifies this hand first will be given a reward of Rs 100. Let us tell you that those children live in a slum near the drain. Along with this, on the other side of the drain, there is a very big mansion of Balbir Singh Bassi (Akash Khurana). Bassi rarely stays in his mansion and in his absence, his servant Prem (Vikrant Massey) lives there as if it is his mansion.
In the film Sector 36, it can be seen that so many children from the slum are missing that the entire board of the police station is filled with missing posters.
