As part of the preparations for the upcoming Assembly Elections-2024, the Ganderbal Administration today organized a comprehensive one-day training session for Micro Observers at the Conference Hall of the Mini-Secretariat Ganderbal.The training session was presided over by R. Lakshmanan, the General Observer for district Ganderbal, and facilitated by District Level Master Trainers (DLMT).

During the session, participants were thoroughly briefed on the various polling procedures and their specific roles and responsibilities as Micro Observers to ensure a smooth, free, and transparent electoral process.While interacting with the Micro Observers, General Observer emphasized their critical role in maintaining the transparency and fairness of the elections.

He underscored the importance of their responsibilities, urging them to diligently monitor polling activities and ensure adherence to electoral guidelines.The District Level Master Trainers reiterated the significance of equipping polling staff with the necessary skills and knowledge for the successful conduct of the elections.

The training session aimed to ensure that the Micro Observers are well-prepared for their crucial roles during the election, guaranteeing that the democratic process is conducted with the highest standards of efficiency and impartiality.
