Disha Women's Welfare Trust, fighting on every front to solve women's problems, organized 'Tiyan Teej Diya' program to bring out the hidden talent within women and inspire women to lead a stress free life. In which more than 100 women entrepreneurs, housewives and working women of Tricity participated. Sometimes a woman is in the role of a mother, sometimes a wife, sometimes a sister or a daughter, but during this program conducted on the occasion of Teej, women took some moments for themselves away from their daily routine.

Giving information about the program, National President of the Trust Hardeep Kaur said that every woman has some hidden talent. Some women are good cooks and some are good entrepreneurs. Some women are good writers and some women prove to be better team leaders. Disha Women's Welfare Trust organized the program "Tee Jeet Ki" providing a platform to such talents.

In this program conducted under the arrangements of advocate Rupinderpal Kaur, folk singers R. Deep Raman and Gurmeet Kulaar presented songs imbued with Punjabi culture. Special competitions for women were conducted during the program. In which the title of queen of teas was given to Adarsh Kaur, the title of queen of vultures was given to Simran Gill, the title of beautiful Punjabi was given to Satinder Kaur, and the title of beautiful Punjabi was given to Narinder Kaur.

Social worker Jagjit Kaur Kahlon, Nursing Superintendent Kuldeep Kaur and singer Gurmeet Kular played the role of judges in this program. All the women who participated in the program were felicitated by Disha Women Welfare Trust.
