The Wadhwani Foundation Group, a leading non-profit organization, recently conducted a comprehensive workshop on emerging technologies, focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) for officers of Chandigarh Administration.
The event, held under the visionary leadership of Sh. Prakash Kumar, CEO (WGDT), Retd. IAS, aimed to discuss the latest trends and innovations in these fields. Shri Rajeev Verma, the Advisor to the Administrator, graced the event . In his inaugural address, Shri Verma emphasized the critical role of emerging technologies in transforming public administration and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of government services.
He highlighted the importance of continuous learning and adaptation to keep pace with rapid technological advancements. The two-day workshop, held at Hotel Mountview, Sector 10, Chandigarh, will conclude tomorrow. The workshop aimed to educate and inspire participants about the potential applications and impact of these technologies on various industries and society as a whole.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions, hands-on exercises, and networking opportunities, gaining valuable knowledge and expertise. The event emphasized the importance of embracing emerging technologies to drive business success and economic growth.
This initiative reflects the Chandigarh Administration's commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance governance and deliver better services to citizens. वाधवानी फाउंडेशन समूह, एक प्रमुख गैर-लाभकारी संगठन, ने हाल ही में उभरती हुई प्रौद्योगिकियों पर एक व्यापक कार्यशाला आयोजित की, जिसमें आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (एआई), मशीन लर्निंग (एमएल) और डीप लर्निंग (डीएल) पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया। श्री प्रकाश कुमार, सीईओ (डब्ल्यूजीडीटी), सेवानिवृत्त आईएएस के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य इन क्षेत्रों में नवीनतम रुझानों और नवाचारों पर चर्चा करना था।
इस कार्यशाला में प्रशासक के सलाहकार श्री राजीव वर्मा ने मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में भाग लिया। श्री वर्मा ने सार्वजनिक प्रशासन को बदलने और सरकारी सेवाओं की दक्षता और प्रभावशीलता में सुधार करने में उभरती हुई प्रौद्योगिकियों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने तेजी से हो रही तकनीकी प्रगति के साथ तालमेल बनाए रखने के लिए निरंतर सीखने और अनुकूलन के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला।
चंडीगढ़ के सेक्टर 10 स्थित होटल माउंटव्यू में आयोजित दो दिवसीय कार्यशाला का समापन कल होगा। कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य प्रतिभागियों को विभिन्न उद्योगों और समग्र रूप से समाज पर इन प्रौद्योगिकियों के संभावित अनुप्रयोगों और प्रभाव के बारे में शिक्षित और प्रेरित करना था। प्रतिभागियों ने संवादात्मक सत्रों, व्यावहारिक अभ्यासों और नेटवर्किंग अवसरों में भाग लिया, जिससे उन्हें बहुमूल्य ज्ञान और विशेषज्ञता प्राप्त हुई।
इस कार्यक्रम में व्यवसाय की सफलता और आर्थिक विकास को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए उभरती प्रौद्योगिकियों को अपनाने के महत्व पर जोर दिया गया। यह पहल चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन की शासन को बेहतर बनाने और नागरिकों को बेहतर सेवाएँ देने के लिए अत्याधुनिक तकनीकों का लाभ उठाने की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है।
कार्यशाला से प्रशासन के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के बीच नवाचार और तकनीकी दक्षता की संस्कृति को बढ़ावा मिलने की उम्मीद है। कार्यशाला के दौरान श्री सुरेन्द्र सिंह यादव डीजीपी/यूटी चंडीगढ़, श्री विनय प्रताप, डिप्टी कमिश्नर, श्री अजय चगती, सचिव कार्मिक, सुश्री हरगुनजीत कौर, वित्त सचिव ,श्री अभिजीत विजय चौधरी, सचिव शिक्षा, श्री हरि कल्लिक्कट, सचिव, जनसंपर्क और चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन के अन्य अधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे.
