Haryana Chief Minister  Naib Singh today flagged off a bus for Ayodhya under the Chief Minister's Pilgrimage Scheme in Hisar district. Before sending off the bus, the Chief Minister spoke with the pilgrims onboard and inquired about their well-being. He extended his best wishes to the devotees embarking on the pilgrimage.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister stated that the government is implementing welfare policies for all sections of society. The Chief Minister's Pilgrimage Scheme is a part of this initiative, where the state government provides free pilgrimage trips for senior citizens aged 60 and above. This scheme includes families with an annual income of up to 1.8 lakh rupees or less.

It is noteworthy that through the Chief Minister's Pilgrimage Scheme, millions of economically weaker devotees in the state can visit various famous pilgrimage sites across the country for free. This scheme also respects and honors the faith of the devotees. Under this scheme, visits to religious sites are organized. Interested devotees must register on the Chief Minister's Pilgrimage Scheme portal to benefit from the scheme.

Many beneficiaries have already availed of this scheme. Health Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta, Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Shri Ranbir Gangwa, MLA Shri Vinod Bhayana, and a large number of dignitaries were present on this occasion.
