The Shiromani Akali Dal today cautioned the people of Punjab against “ a deep rooted conspiracy to set the State aflame again by disturbing the hard earned atmosphere of peace and communal harmony and to BLAME IT ON Sikhs to defame Punjabis in general and the Sikhs in particular.
“A dangerous and devious conspiracy is already at work for communal polarization in Punjab for petty political gains. The old game is being played again to inject communal hatred and violence in the State and to put the blame for it on Sikhs so as to vilify our youth as was done in the eighties,” said a resolution passed at a meeting of the Working Committee of the party.
The Working Committee further emphasized that peace and communal harmony were prerequisites for progress and prosperity of the people of Punjab. The party however reiterated its total commitment to the cause of peace and communal brotherhood as taught by the great Guru Sahiban. “We have made sacrifices for this sacred cause and we will not flinch from our responsibility in this regard,” said the Working Committee.
In a separate and unanimous Resolution, the Working Committee placed its full faith in and appreciation in the “determined and committed leadership of the party president Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badal”. It also authorized the president to reconstitute and restructure the party as per the party’s constitution. “ The Committee members also condemned attempts to tarnish the image of the President.
Although there was a strong demand from members for “disciplinary action against some leaders who have been playing into the hands of the enemies of Panth and Punjab”, the party president Mr Sukhbir Singh Badal counseled “patience, forbearance and a large hearted approach based on humility taught to us by the great Guru Sahiban towards all.“
After this, the Working Committee passed a resolution which said,”We are a fully democratic party with historic traditions for internal discussion. There is room for everyone’s views, even critical, on the party platform. So there is no justification for violating decorum and discipline to harm the party.
The party appealed to “erring members” not to play the enemies’ game at a time when the Khalsa Panth, Punjab and the party are already a target of anti-Sikh and anti-Punjab conspiracies which the members have themselves publicly spoken about in the past,” said the WC members said.
In a another resolution, the party said it would further intensify its efforts towards achieving the goal of a truly federal structure in the country with genuine fiscal and administrative autonomy to the states. “India is a country, with diverse cultures, languages, religions and regions. Strong states mean a strong nation. The essence of India is diversity but it recognizes unity while preserving this rich diversity.”
The meeting also condemned incidents of attacks on Sikhs in the country and blamed it on “provocative communal utterances of important leaders in the ruling party, such as Kangana Ranaut.”All these incidents can be a part of an ongoing conspiracy for communal polarization”. An overwhelming majority of working committee members attended the meeting.

कहा तरक्की और खुशहाली के लिए शांति ज़रूरी, सुखबीर सिंह बादल की लीडरशिप में पूर्ण भरोसा प्रकटाया

शिरोमणि अकाली दल ने आज पंजाब के लोगों को प्रदेश में बड़ी मुश्किल से मिली शांति और भाईचारक सांझ को लांबू लगा कर माहौल खऱाब करने और इसका दोष सिखों के सिर मढ़ कर पंजाबियों ख़ास तौर पर सिखों की बदनामी करने के लिए रची जा रही गहरी साजिश से सचेत रहने को कहा।
पार्टी की वर्किंग कमेटी में पास किये प्रस्ताव में कहा गया कि पंजाब में संकुचित राजनैतिक हितों के लिए सांप्रदायिक ध्रवीकरन करने के लिए ख़तरनाक और गहरी साजिश रची जा रही है। फिर से सांप्रदायिक नफऱत फ़ैसला कर प्रदेश में हिंसा फैलाने का पुराना खेल खेला जा रहा है जिसका दोष सिखों सिर मढऩे के प्रयत्न किये जा रहे हैं और 1980 के समय जैसे हमारे नौजवानों को बदनाम करने के प्रयत्न किये जा रहे हैं।
वर्किंग कमेटी ने ज़ोर दे कर कहा कि पंजाब की तरक्की और खुशहाली के लिए शांति और भाईचारक सांझ सब से ज़रूरी है। पार्टी ने जोर दे कर कहा कि वह हमारे महान गुरू साहिबानों की तरफ से दिखाऐ मार्ग के अनुसार शांति और भाईचारक सांझ प्रति पूरी तरह वचनबद्ध है। वर्किंग कमेटी ने कहा कि हमने इसलिए शहादतें दीं हैं और इस मामले में अपनी जिम्मेदारी से कभी नहीं भटकेंगे।
एक अलग और सर्वसम्मति के साथ के पास किये प्रस्ताव में वर्किंग कमेटी ने पूर्ण तरह दृढ़ और वचनबद्ध पार्टी प्रधान सरदार सुखबीर सिंह बादल की लीडरशिप में पूर्ण भरोसा भी प्रकट किया और उन की सराहना भी की। वर्किंग कमेटी ने प्रधान को अधिकार दिया कि पार्टी के संविधान मुताबिक पार्टी का पुनर्गठन किया जाये। कमेटी सदस्यों ने प्रधान के अक्स को खराब करने के प्रयत्नों का भी नोटिस लिया।
सदस्यों ने पंथ और पंजाब के दुश्मनों के हाथों में खेल रहे कुछ नेताओं के खिलाफ अनुशासनी कार्यवाही की जोरदार मांग भी की परन्तु पार्टी प्रधान सरदार सुखबीर सिंह बादल ने सबको सब्र और संतोष रखने और महान गुरू साहिबान की तरफ से दिखाऐ मार्ग अनुसार खुल दिली वाली सोंच अपनाने पर जोर दिया।
इसके बाद वर्किंग कमेटी ने एक प्रस्ताव पास किया जिस में कहा गया हम एक पूर्ण लोकतंत्रीय पार्टी हैं जिसकी अंदरूनी विचार विमर्श की ऐतिहासिक रवायतें हैं। हरेक को पार्टी प्लेटफार्म पर अपने विचार रखने का हक है चाहे वह आलोचना वाले विचार ही क्यों न हों। इसलिए पार्टी का नुक्सान करने के लिए माहौल खऱाब करने और अनुशासन भंग करने का कोई तुक नहीं बनता।
पार्टी ने गलतियां कर रहे नेताओं से अपील की कि वह दुश्मनों के हाथों में न खेलें खास तौर पर तब जब खालसा पंथ, पंजाब और पार्टी पहले ही सिख और पंजाब विरोधी साजिशेां का निशाना बनी हुई है, यह मैंबर खुद बीते समय में इसकी बात भी करते रहे हैं। एक ओर प्रस्ताव में पार्टी ने कहा कि वह देश में पूर्ण संघी ढांचा स्थापित करने के लक्ष्य प्रति अपने प्रयत्न ओर तेज करेगी जिससे राज्यों को वाजिब वित्तीय और प्रशासकी खुदमुख्तारी मिल सके।
भारत एक ऐसा देश है जिस में भांत सुवर्ण संस्कृति, भाषाएं, धर्म और क्षेत्र हैं। मज़बूत राज्यों का मतलब मज़बूत देश होता है। भारत की अनेकता में एकता और इसकी अमीर विभिन्नता को बचाने की जरूरत है। मीटिंग ने देश में सिखों पर हमलों की निंदा की और कहा कि कंगन रणौत जैसे सत्ताधारी पार्टी के अहम नेताओं के भडक़ाऊ बयान इन हमलों के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। पार्टी ने कहा कि यह घटनाएं सांप्रदायिक ध्रुवीकरन की चल रही साजिश का हिस्सा हैं। मीटिंग में पार्टी के सीनियर नेताओं समेत वर्किंग कमेटी के समूह मैंबर उपस्थित थे।

ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਮਸਾਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਜਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਂਬੂ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਖਰਾਬ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਸਿਰ ਮੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਦਨਾਮੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਰਚੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਮਤੇ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਸੌੜੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਧਰੁਵੀਕਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਤੇ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਰਚੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਨਫਰਤ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਖੇਡ ਖੇਡੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਸਿਰ ਮੜ੍ਹਨ ਦੇ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ 1980ਵਿਆਂ ਵਾਂਗੂ ਸਾਡੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲੀ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ।
ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ -ਥਿੜਕਾਂਗੇ।ਇਕ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਤੇ ਸਰਬਸੰਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਮਤੇ ਵਿਚ ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿੜ੍ਹ ਤੇ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਵਿਚ ਪੂਰਨ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਪੁਨਰਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਦੇ ਅਕਸ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹ ਲਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲਿਆ।
ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਥ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਖੇਡ ਰਹੇ ਕੁਝ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਮੰਗ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਪਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਸਬਰ ਤੇ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਰੱਖਣ ਤੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਦਿਲੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਅਪਣਾਉਣ ’ਦੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਮਤਾ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਕ ਪੂਰਨ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸਦੀਆਂ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਟਾਂਦਰੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਰਵਾਇਤਾਂ ਹਨ। ਹਰੇਕ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ’ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਹੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ।
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਖਰਾਬ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਭੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਤੁੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਦਾ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਾ ਖੇਡਣ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਉਦੋਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਖੁਦ ਬੀਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਚ ਇਸਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਵੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਮਤੇ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਪੂਰਨ ਸੰਘੀ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਟੀਚੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਯਤਨ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਜਬ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਖੁਦਮੁਖ਼ਤਿਆਰੀ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ। ਭਾਰਤ ਇਕ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਵੰਨ ਸੁਵੰਨੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ, ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ, ਧਰਮ ਤੇ ਖਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਦੇਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਅਨੇਕਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਏਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੀ ਅਮੀਰ ਵਿਭਿੰਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ।
ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੰਗਣਾ ਰਣੌਤ ਵਰਗੇ ਸੱਤਾਧਾਰੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਭੜਕਾਊ ਬਿਆਨ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹਨ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਧਰੁਵੀਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਚਲ ਰਹੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਨ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
