The Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, Field Office Doda, on Wednesday inaugurated a two-day photo exhibition at Government Model Higher Secondary School, Batote.

The exhibition, themed around "Viksit Bharat, Swachh Bharat Mission, Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat, Mission Life & Agnipath Scheme," aims to showcase the developmental initiatives undertaken by the government and promote awareness about various schemes among the masses.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of District Information Officer Ramban, Mohammad Ashraf Wani who honored the event as the chief guest. Also present was Principal of the Host School, Dev Raj Bhagat, and Vikram Uppal, in charge of CBC Doda Circle.

Expert lectures were delivered by distinguished individuals including Dr. Rajesh Kotwal from the Health Department, Moahhmad Hafiz from the Agriculture Department and Senior Lecturer, Ayub Mir on the theme "Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat."  An Officer of 23RR Rajput Rifles, also shared valuable insights.

In his address, the DIO emphasized the significance of the centrally sponsored schemes aimed at uplifting communities and their development across the nation. He said these schemes are instrumental in addressing crucial aspects of our society, ranging from healthcare, agriculture, education, cleanliness, to livelihood enhancement. 

Through effective implementation and awareness initiatives aim to ensure that the benefits of these schemes reach every segment of society, especially those in remote and marginalized areas. Further he highlighted the importance of active participation and collaboration between the government, local authorities, and citizens in realizing the objectives of these schemes. 

It is imperative to work together towards building a better and more prosperous India, where every individual has access to opportunities for growth and development. He  commended the efforts of CBC Doda and all stakeholders involved in organizing this enlightening event, which serves as a platform for spreading awareness and promoting dialogue on key issues affecting our communities. 

He extended gratitude to all participants, resource persons, and attendees for their enthusiastic participation and engagement. Earlier, Vikram Uppal delivered the welcome address, providing a brief overview of the CBC department's initiatives and objectives. 

He said that the photo exhibition stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts of CBC Doda and its commitment to fostering development, promoting cleanliness, and building a stronger, healthier, and more prosperous India. 

The Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India With a focus on transparency, accountability, and public engagement, plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the government and the citizens.

 Prize distribution ceremony was conducted among participants of the previous day's drawing competition, encouraging and acknowledging their creative endeavors. Additionally, the resource persons were felicitated for their valuable contributions.

Later, the Principal extended a vote of thanks to all the dignitaries and participants for their active involvement and support in making the event a grand success.
