Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday had detailed deliberations with the industrialists and traders during Sarkar Vapaar Milni. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister reiterated that that the first of its kind initiative in the form of Sarkar Vapaar Milni is aimed at ensuring the well being of the trading community.
He said that this is a step forward for restoring the pristine glory of the state by giving fillip to its economic development. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the industry and trade is the backbone of the economy of every state due to which it must be given an impetus.
The Chief Minister said that the state government is working tirelessly for changing the face of the state by giving impetus to development of Punjab. He said that they are doing ‘Politics of work’, rather than indulging in mudslinging, for the welfare of the people and the growth of the state.
Bhagwant Singh Mann said this should have been done much earlier so that people could have been benefited from it.The Chief Minister said that so far investments worth Rs 70,000 crore have been firmed up in the state with leading companies like Tata Steel, Sanatan Textiles and others making a beeline to invest in the state.
He said that likewise the state government is duty bound to safeguard the interests of the local industry adding that they are the real brand ambassadors of the state. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the state government is committed to ensure that these companies expand their businesses in the state.
The Chief Minister said that the state has the best law and order situation in the country due to which industries are coming in a big way. He said that this is contrary to the situation when during previous regimes the leaders used to seek shares in the ventures.
Bhagwant Singh Mann said that earlier the MoUs were signed with the political families in power but now these agreements are signed for progress and prosperity of the state. The Chief Minister gave a clarion call to the traders to work wholeheartedly for progress and prosperity of the state.
He exhorted the traders and industrialists to become partners in the ongoing revolution to usher in a new era of economic prosperity for the state. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the state government has already prepared a blueprint of upgrading the infrastructure in the focal points and SEZs besides ensuring security in the industrial areas by setting up special Police posts.
The Chief Minister said that the era of harassment of the industry and traders is over and the state government will now act as a facilitator to them. He said that unlike in the past no one will harass the industrialists, rather the state government will make every effort to promote and encourage the industry.
Bhagwant Singh Mann said that this is being implemented in real zeal to ensure comprehensive development of the industrial sector. The Chief Minister said that the state government will make concerted efforts for safeguarding, promoting and expanding the existing industrial units in the state.
He said that the industrialists have played a key role in the socio-economic growth of the country. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that these industries have carved a niche for them across the globe and the state government will make every effort to ensure that their interests are safeguarded.
The Chief Minister said that for the first time 410 hi-tech new vehicles have been given to the Station House Officers (SHOs) in Punjab Police to maintain the law and order efficiently in the state. He said that this is contrary to earlier trends when the new vehicles were given to the top officers instead of those at grassroot level.
Bhagwant Singh Mann said that SHOs are the real face of the Punjab police as they are directly connected with people adding that industrialists will be immensely benefited from this move. The Chief Minister further said that to check the fatality rate due to road accidents in the state on one hand and to streamline the movement of traffic on the roads of the state on the other, the state government has launched Sadak Surakhya Force.
He said that the first of its kind specialized force is acting as a pivotal to save several precious lives that are lost in road accidents daily in Punjab and this force has been entrusted with the task of checking rash driving, streamlining vehicular movement on roads and others to check the road accidents.
Bhagwant Singh Mann said that initially 129 vehicles equipped with ultra modern gadgets have been deployed after every 30 kilometres to man the roads and these vehicles will also have a complete medical kit for providing emergency treatment to any person in need.
In his address, the Delhi Chief Minister exhorted the industrialists to take a round of a new school of Excellence set up by the state government as equipped with state of the art infrastructure and facilities. He said that this school will help the students of the government schools to compete with their convent educated peers thereby excelling in life.
Arvind Kejriwal said that a single round of school will make the industrialists think that they have to shift their kids to the government schools. The Delhi Chief Minister said that the state government is working tirelessly for the well being of every section of the society.
He said that on Saturday 165 Aam Aadmi Clinics were dedicated for the welfare of the people adding that in the last 75 years no such effort was made for imparting quality health facilities to the people. However, Arvind Kejriwal said that now 829 Aam Aadmi Clinics are operational in the state which are providing free treatment to the common man coming in these clinics.
The Delhi Chief Minister said that a different type of government has come into power in the state, which will change the definition of government institutions. He said that even in posh areas of Delhi the people had been demanding Mohalla clinics for getting quality health services.
Arvind Kejriwal said that these clinics are imparting best treatment to the people due to which they are making a beeline to it. The Delhi Chief Minister said that on one hand the government schools across the state are being renovated and on other hand government hospitals are being upgraded by equipping them with latest infrastructure.
He said that the state government is according top priority to provide jobs to the youth for which the industrial sector is the backbone. Arvind Kejriwal said that all the problems of the industrial sector will be solved on priority basis so that more and more jobs are generated.
The Delhi Chief Minister said that none of the previous governments had ever bothered about the welfare of the industrialists and traders. He said that the previous governments used to term the industrialists as thieves but this government wants to make the industrialists an equal partner in the social economic progress of the state.
Arvind Kejriwal said that the state government is here to facilitate the traders and industrialists rather than plundering them as prevalent in the previous regimes.The Delhi Chief Minister described these milnis as need of the hour for better coordination amongst the state government and traders.
He said that it is the need of hour for early resolution of the issues faced by the traders and benefiting them in a big way. Arvind Kejriwal slammed the Union government for creating hiccups in smooth functioning of the non BJP states adding that this is high handedness of the centre.
The Delhi Chief Minister said that as people of Kerala, West Bengal, Telangana and others had empowered their CMs by giving them Lok Sabha seats so now the time has come to give power to Bhagwant Singh Mann by giving all Lok Sabha seats to AAP. He said that the centre is suffering from anti-Punjab syndrome due to which they need to be taught a lesson for which Punjabis should pull up their socks.
Arvind Kejriwal said that now the time has come when the Union government should be punished for their sin of rejecting the tableau of the state as it was humiliation of Punjabis adding that the martyrs of state don’t need NOC from the centre for their supreme sacrifices.
लुधियाना में सरकार व्यापार मिलनी के दौरान भगवंत मान और अरविन्द केजरीवाल द्वारा उद्योगपतियों के साथ विस्तृत विचार- विमर्श
केजरीवाल द्वारा पंजाब विरोधी मानसिकता के लिए केंद्र की निंदा

पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत सिंह मान और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने आज यहाँ सरकार-व्यापार मिलनी के दौरान उद्योगपतियों और व्यापारियों के साथ विस्तृत विचार-विमर्श किया। इक्ट्ठ को संबोधन करते हुये मुख्यमंत्री ने दोहराया कि सरकार-व्यापार मिलनी के रूप में अपनी किस्म की इस पहली पहलकदमी का उद्देश्य व्यापारिक भाईचारे की भलाई यकीनी बनाना है।
उन्होंने कहा कि यह राज्य के आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देकर राज्य की पुरातन शान बहाल करने की तरफ एक ठोस कदम है। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि राज्य की आर्थिकता में उद्योग और व्यापार अहम भूमिका निभाते हैं और यह हर राज्य की रीढ़ की हड्डी होते हैं, जिसके लिए इसको बढ़ावा देना लाज़िमी है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार पंजाब के विकास को बढ़ावा देकर राज्य की नुहार बदलने के लिए अथक मेहनत कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि वह लोगों की भलाई और राज्य के विकास के लिए घटीए दर्जे की राजनीति की बजाय ‘काम की राजनीति’ कर रहे हैं। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि ऐसा बहुत पहले हो जाना चाहिए था जिससे लोगों को इसका लाभ मिल सकता।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में अब तक टाटा स्टील, सनातन टेक्स्टाईल और अन्य प्रमुख कंपनियों की तरफ से 70,000 करोड़ रुपए का निवेश किया गया है, जो अन्य कंपनियों को निवेश के लिए उत्साहित करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार स्थानीय उद्योगों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए वचनबद्ध है और वह राज्य के असली ब्रांड अम्बैसडर हैं। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार यह यकीनी बनाने के लिए वचनबद्ध है कि यह कंपनियाँ राज्य में अपने कारोबार का विस्तार करें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देश भर में से राज्य में अमन- कानून की स्थिति सब से बढ़िया है, जिस कारण बड़े स्तर पर उद्योग राज्य में निवेश के लिए आ रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके विपरीत पिछली सरकारों समय पर नेता निवेश के लिए आने वाले उद्यमों में हिस्सेदारी मांगते थे। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि पहले सत्ताधारी परिवारों के साथ समझौतों पर दस्तखत किये जाते थे परन्तु अब राज्य की तरक्की और खुशहाली के लिए यह समझौते किये जाते हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने व्यापारियों को राज्य की तरक्की और खुशहाली के लिए तन-मन के साथ काम करने का न्योता दिया। उन्होंने व्यापारियों और उद्योगपतियों को राज्य की आर्थिक खुशहाली के नये युग की शुरुआत के लिए इस क्रांति में हिस्सेदार बनने का न्योता दिया। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने पहले ही फोकल प्वाइंटों और एस. ई. ज़ैडज़ में बुनियादी ढांचे को अपग्रेड करने के इलावा औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में विशेष पुलिस चौकियाँ स्थापित करके सुरक्षा यकीनी बनाने का प्रस्ताव तैयार कर लिया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अब वह दिन चले गए हैं जब उद्योगों और व्यापारियों को बेवजह परेशानी झेलनी पड़ती थी। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार अब उनकी सुविधा के लिए काम करेगी और बीते समय के उलट अब कोई भी उद्योगपतियों को तंग नहीं करेगा, बल्कि राज्य सरकार उद्योगों को उत्साहित करने के लिए हर संभव यत्न करेगी। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के व्यापक विकास को यकीनी बनाने के लिए हर संभव कदम उठाया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार पंजाब में मौजूदा औद्योगिक इकाईयों की सुरक्षा से इलावस इन इकाईयों के विस्तार और उत्साहित करने के लिए ठोस प्रयास करेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि उद्योगपतियों ने देश के सामाजिक- आर्थिक विकास में अहम भूमिका निभाई है। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि इन उद्योगों ने विश्व भर में अपनी पहचान बनाई है और राज्य सरकार इनके हितों की सुरक्षा यकीनी बनाने के लिए हर संभव यत्न करेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में अमन- कानून की स्थिति को कायम रखने के लिए पहली बार 410 हाई- टैक वाहन पंजाब पुलिस के स्टेशन हाऊस अफ़सरों ( एस. एच. ओज़) को दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके विपरीत पिछली सरकारों के समय पर यही नये वाहन उच्च अधिकारियों को दिए जाते थे। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि एस. एच. ओज़ पंजाब पुलिस का असली चेहरा हैं क्योंकि वह सीधे तौर पर लोगों के साथ जुड़े हुए हैं। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि इस कदम से उद्योगपतियों को बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने आगे कहा कि राज्य में सड़क हादसों के कारण होने वाली मौतों की दर पर काबू पाने के साथ-साथ राज्य की सड़कों पर यातायात को सुचारू बनाने के लिए राज्य सरकार ने सड़क सुरक्षा फोर्स की शुरुआत की है। उन्होंने कहा कि अपनी किस्म की यह पहली विशेष फोर्स पंजाब में रोज़मर्रा के सड़क हादसों में कीमती जानें बचाने के लिए अहम भूमिका निभा रही है।
उन्होंने बताया कि सड़क हादसों को रोकने के लिए इस फोर्स को गलत ढंग के साथ ड्राइविंग करने, सड़कों पर वाहनों के यातायात को सुचारू बनाने और अन्य कामों की ज़िम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। भगवंत सिंह मान ने बताया कि शुरुआती तौर पर हर 30 किलोमीटर के घेरे में अत्याधुनिक यंत्रों के साथ लैस 129 वाहन सड़कों पर तैनात किये गए हैं और इन वाहनों में किसी भी जरूरतमंद व्यक्ति को एमरजैंसी इलाज मुहैया करवाने के लिए संपूर्ण मैडीकल किट की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है।
अपने संबोधन में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री ने उद्योगपतियों को राज्य सरकार की तरफ से अत्याधुनिक बुनियादी ढांचे और सहूलतों के साथ लैस नये स्कूल आफ एक्सीलेंस का दौरा करने का न्योता दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह स्कूल सरकारी स्कूलों के विद्यार्थियों को कान्वेंट से पढ़े विद्यार्थियों का मुकाबला करने में मदद करेगा जिससे वह जीवन में और आगे बढ़ सकें। अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कहा कि स्कूल का एक ही दौरा उद्योगपतियों को यह सोचने के लिए मजबूर कर देगा कि उनको भी अपने बच्चों को सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ने भेजना चाहिए।
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार समाज के हर वर्ग की भलाई के लिए अथक काम कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों की भलाई के मद्देनज़र शनिवार को 165 आम आदमी क्लीनिक समर्पित किये गए। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले 75 सालों में लोगों को मानक स्वास्थ्य सहूलतें मुहैया करने के लिए ऐसा कोई प्रयास नहीं हुआ। अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कहा कि अब राज्य में 829 आम आदमी क्लीनिक सुचारू रूप में काम कर रहे हैं और इन क्लीनिकों में आने वाले लोगों को मुफ़्त इलाज की सुविधा दी जा रही है।
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में एक अलग किस्म की सरकार सत्ता में आई है, जिससे अब सरकारी अदारों की नुहार ही बदल जायेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली के पौश इलाकों में भी लोग मानक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्राप्त करने के लिए मोहल्ला क्लीनिकों की माँग कर रहे हैं। अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कहा कि यह क्लीनिक लोगों को मानक और बढ़िया इलाज प्रदान कर रहे हैं, जिसके कारण यहाँ लोगों की आमद में लगातार विस्तार हो रहा है।
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि एक तरफ़ राज्य भर के सरकारी स्कूलों का नवीनीकरण किया जा रहा है और दूसरी तरफ़ सरकारी अस्पतालों को आधुनिक बुनियादी ढांचे के साथ लैस करके अपग्रेड किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य के नौजवानों को नौकरियाँ प्रदान करना राज्य सरकार की मुख्य प्राथमिकता है, जिसके लिए औद्योगिक क्षेत्र बड़ा आधार है। अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कहा कि औद्योगिक क्षेत्र की सभी समस्याओ को पहल के आधार पर निपटा जायेगा जिससे अधिक से अधिक नौकरियाँ पैदा हो सकें।
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पिछली किसी भी सरकार ने उद्योगपतियों और व्यापारियों की भलाई की कभी कोई चिंता नहीं की। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछली सरकारों उद्योगपतियों को चोर करार देती थीं, परन्तु यह सरकार उद्योगपतियों को राज्य की सामाजिक आर्थिक तरक्की में बराबर का हिस्सेदार बनाना चाहती है। अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार पिछली सरकारों की तरह लूटने की बजाय व्यापारियों और उद्योगपतियों की सुविधा के लिए है।
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री ने इन मिलनियों को राज्य सरकार और व्यापारियों के दरमियान बेहतर तालमेल के लिए समय की माँग बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि व्यापारियों को पेश मुश्किलों का जल्द हल करना और उनको बड़े स्तर पर लाभ पहुंचाना ही समय की ज़रूरत है। अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने ग़ैर- भाजपा राज्यों के सुचारू कामकाज में रुकावटें बिछाने के लिए केंद्र सरकार को आड़े हाथों लिया और कहा कि यह सब केंद्र का घमंडी रवैया और मनमाना है।
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जैसे कि केरला, पश्चिमी बंगाल, तेलंगाना और अन्य राज्यों के लोगों ने अपने मुख्यमंत्रियों को लोक सभा सीटें देकर शक्ति दी थी, उसी तरह अब समय आ गया है कि भगवंत सिंह मान को सभी लोक सभा सीटें जीताईं जाएँ। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र पंजाब विरोधी रवैये का शिकार है, इसलिए केंद्र को सबक सिखाना ज़रूरी है, जिसके लिए पंजाबियों को तैयारी कर लेनी चाहिए।
अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कहा कि अब समय आ गया है जब केंद्र सरकार को राज्य की झाँकी को रद्द करने के अपने गुनाह की सज़ा दी जाये क्योंकि यह पंजाब और पंजाबियों का सीधे तोर पर अपमान है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य के शहीदों को उनके महान बलिदानों के लिए केंद्र से किसी एन. ओ. सी. की ज़रूरत नहीं है।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਇਥੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ-ਵਪਾਰ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਸਥਾਰਤ ਵਿਚਾਰ-ਵਟਾਂਦਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ-ਵਪਾਰ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਵੱਲ ਇਕ ਠੋਸ ਕਦਮ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਹਰੇਕ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਰੀੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਨੁਹਾਰ ਬਦਲਣ ਲਈ ਅਣਥੱਕ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਘਟੀਏ ਦਰਜੇ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ‘ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ’ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦਾ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਟਾਟਾ ਸਟੀਲ, ਸਨਾਤਨ ਟੈਕਸਟਾਈਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ 70,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਹੋਰ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡ ਅੰਬੈਸਡਰ ਹਨ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਦਾ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਕਰਨ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ‘ਚ ਅਮਨ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਵੇਲੇ ਆਗੂ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਉੱਦਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸੇਦਾਰੀ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਸਨ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸੱਤਾਧਾਰੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਝੌਤਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਦਸਤਖ਼ਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ਹਾਲੀ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ਹਾਲੀ ਲਈ ਤਨ-ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਯੁੱਗ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸੇਦਾਰ ਬਣਨ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਫੋਕਲ ਪੁਆਇੰਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਐਸ.ਈ.ਜ਼ੈਡਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਗ੍ਰੇਡ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸਨਅਤੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਚੌਕੀਆਂ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਖਾਕਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਦਿਨ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਵਜ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਝੱਲਣੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਬੀਤੇ ਸਮਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਹੁਣ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਯਤਨ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਇਕਾਈਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਕਾਈਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਸਤਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਠੋਸ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ-ਆਰਥਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਯਤਨ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮਨ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ 410 ਹਾਈ-ਟੈੱਕ ਵਾਹਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਹਾਊਸ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ (ਐੱਸ.ਐੱਚ.ਓਜ਼) ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਵੇਲੇ ਇਹੀ ਨਵੇਂ ਵਾਹਨ ਉੱਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਨ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਸ.ਐਚ.ਓਜ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਦਮ ਨਾਲ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸਿਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਪਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸੜਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਫੋਰਸ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਫੋਰਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਫੋਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਡਰਾਈਵਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ, ਸੜਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੌਂਪੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਹਰ 30 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤਿ-ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਯੰਤਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਲੈਸ 129 ਵਾਹਨ ਸੜਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਲੋੜਵੰਦ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਇਲਾਜ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕਿੱਟ ਦੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਵੀ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੈ।
ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਤਿ-ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਲੈਸ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਫ਼ ਐਕਸੀਲੈਂਸ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨਵੈਂਟ ਤੋਂ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧ ਸਕਣ। ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾ ਇੱਕੋ ਦੌਰਾ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸੋਚਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਭੇਜਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਵਰਗ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਅਣਥੱਕ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਸ਼ਨਿਚਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ 165 ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਕਲੀਨਿਕ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 75 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੋਈ ਉਪਰਾਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ। ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ 829 ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਕਲੀਨਿਕ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਲੀਨਿਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਹੁਣ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਨੁਹਾਰ ਹੀ ਬਦਲ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਪੌਸ਼ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਲੋਕ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੁਹੱਲਾ ਕਲੀਨਿਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਲੀਨਿਕ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਤੇ ਵਧੀਆ ਇਲਾਜ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਇੱਥੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਮਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਵੀਨੀਕਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੈਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਪਗ੍ਰੇਡ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਵੱਡਾ ਅਧਾਰ ਹੈ। ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਨਜਿੱਠਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਣ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਦੀ ਕਦੇ ਕੋਈ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਸਨਅਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੋਰ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਇਹ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਦਾ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਲੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਿਲਣੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਲਈ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਪੇਸ਼ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਲਦ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਲਾਭ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣਾ ਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਗੈਰ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੜਿੱਕਾ ਡਾਹੁਣ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਰੜੇ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦਾ ਘਮੰਡੀ ਰਵੱਈੲਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਹੁਦਰੇਪਣ ਹੈ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੇਰਲਾ, ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ, ਤੇਲੰਗਾਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੁਣ ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਜਿਤਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਣ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਰਵੱਈਏ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਬਕ ਸਿਖਾਉਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਖਿੱਚ ਲੈਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਝਾਕੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਨਾਹ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਧਮ-ਸਿੱਧਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਹਾਨ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਐਨ.ਓ.ਸੀ. ਦੀ ਲੋੜ
