Ghulam Rasool, today assumed the charge as Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kishtwar. He received a warm welcome from all the officers and officials of the district administration.While taking the new responsibilities as ADDC, Ghulam Rasool expressed his commitment to fast track the developmental initiatives besides ensuring efficient governance in the Kishtwar district in coordination with various line departments.
He emphasised upon all to work with the utmost dedication and zeal to ensure prompt delivery of public services to the populace of the area. He stated that all endeavors will be taken to ensure transparency and efficiency in all spheres of public administration of the district. On the occasion, senior officers of district administration were present besides officials from various departments to welcome the officer.
