Hon'ble Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) & Founder Chancellor of Lovely Professional University (LPU) Dr Ashok Kumar Mittal unfurled the Tricolour at the campus to commence massive celebrations for the 75th Republic day of the country.
For this thousands of students and staff members participated with fervour of patriotism and nationality. The groups of NCC CADETS & NSS volunteers paraded with dignity and saluted the Tricolour & the Chief Guest Hon'ble Dr Mittal.
Appreciating the cultural showcase of patriotism by the Division of Students Welfare wing, Dr Mittal congratulated all on the great national day and invoked all at the university to be always in the service of the nation first of all.
Worth mentioning, three of the NCC students of Lovely Professional University (LPU) Navneet Singh, Aman Sharma and Abhishek Sharma of different professional programs also participated in the National Republic Day (RD) celebrations-2024 at Kartavya Path in New Delhi. They will also be awarded prestigious testimonials by the President of India.
