Mohd Ashraf Bhat on Tuesday officially assumed the charge as the Additional District Development Commissioner of Bandipora. The ADDC received a vibrant welcome from the officers and officials of the district administration.
While taking the responsibilities of ADDC, Bhat expressed his commitment to enhance developmental initiatives and efficient governance in the Bandipora district.On the occasion, senior officers of district administration were present besides officials from different departments were also present to welcome Mohammad Ashraf Bhat.
