Under Invest Punjab initiative, Kahlon developers to come up with Rs 66 crore development project in Ludhiana

Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann was making concerted efforts to boost Industrial growth in the state by brining massive investments here. Under this initiative, Kahlon Developers will start a project worth Rs. 66 crore in Ludhiana. In accordance with this project, MLAs Jeewan Singh Sangowal and Kulwant Singh Sidhu today laid foundation stone of a development projects worth Rs. 2.5 crore wherein a bridge will be constructed on Sidhwan canal in Lohara village. 

Colonel (Retd) Harbant Singh Kahlon welcomed the dignitaries on this inauguration ceremony. Speaking on the occasion, MLA Jeevan Singh Sangowal said that this is the first project under Invest Punjab initiative that is coming up in Gill constituency. While laying the foundation stone of this new bridge costing 2.5 crore near Lohara, he said that several big companies are investing in Punjab, wherein more than 1500 people will get employment with the commencement of this commercial project. 

He said that this bridge will be completed within 45 days and opened for residents who will also get a lot of convenience at this busiest traffic junction. Pointing out further, developer Gurbir Singh Kahlon said that this project has been brought here on a foreign model, which is commercial in nature and create massive employment opportunities for people of Ludhiana.

Prominent amongst others present on the occasion included Chairman District Planning Board Ludhiana Sharanpal Singh Makkar, Chairman District Planning Board Sangrur Gurmail Singh Gharachon, Ajipal Singh, Roman Kahlon, Satinder Singh Chatha Dhuri, Harratanveer Singh Ghuman, Gurmail Singh Araichan, Central Bank General Manager Sheesh Ram, Rajiv Sharma Regional Manager, Advocate Parupkar Singh Ghuman, Gagandeep Singh Sarpanch Brahmajra, Master Hari Singh, Vikramjit Singh, Satpal Singh Luhara Former Councillor, Shingara Singh Dad, Neelam Lakhanpal, Dr. Sarabjit Singh Narangwal Nightingale  Nursing College, Sarabjit Green World, Ladi Sangowal, Jaswinder Singh, Prabhjot Singh Ladi, Surjit Singh Dhamija, Ravi Jhamat, Balraj Singh Sonu, Parminder Singh Lalton, Block President Manjit Singh Butahari Sahib, besides several others.
