Bharatiya Janata Party Punjab celebrated the BJP's victory in different Vidhan Sabha polls today by distributing sweets and taking out a bike rally in Patiala. Led by BJP Punjab Mahila Morcha President Jai Inder Kaur and BJP Punjab General Secretary Parminder Brar the bike rally started from Patiala's New Moti Bagh Palace and commenced at the party office at Sheran Wala Gate.

Addressing a press conference after the celebrations, Jai Inder Kaur said, "First of all I would like to thank and congratulate the people of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chattisgarh for putting their faith in the Bharatiya Janata Party and giving the party a resounding victory. This mandate is a clear sign of the trust and faith that the people of India have on the Hon'ble Narendra Modi ji led BJP government."

She further said, "Having personally campaigned in Rajasthan I can tell you how much people were eager to get rid of the Congress government and bring the Bharatiya Janata Party into power. Not only various public welfare schemes but also the steps taken by the Modi government to improve the standard of living of people residing in border areas was the major factor for people voting for our party."

The Mahila Morcha President said, "Today's results clearly reiterate the Public's trust in the Bharatiya Janata Party Government and is a clear signal to all that in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections also the BJP will emerge victorious with a huge margin."

BJP Punjab's General Secretary Parminder Brar said, "I congratulate our Honorable PM Narendra Modi ji, HM Amit Shah ji, National President JP Nadda Ji and each & every party worker on this historic results. The people who were calling these polls the Semi Final have got their answer from the people of India that they only want to elect the Bharatiya Janata Party government no one else."

He further said, "I would also like to urge the people of Punjab to vote for the BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls as it is very clear that the BJP will once again form the government in Centre and Punjab should have it's proper representation in it, by electing BJP MPs."

Taking on the AAP Government, Brar said, "Today's results are also a clear signal for the Aam Aadmi Party, wherever our Bhagwant Mann ji has gone for party campaigning they have faced a humongous loss. It's my humble suggestion to CM Bhagwant Mann ji, that instead of wasting Crores of rupees of public money of Punjab for their party's campaign in other states, he should rather focus on the people of Punjab and spend that money empowering Punjab's Education and Health Infrastructure.

Had the Bhagwant Mann government been more serious about Punjab then such a shameful incident like the one that happened in the meritorious school of CM's city would have never taken place. Prioritise the health and safety of People of Punjab first Mr. CM instead of prioritising whims and fancies of our Delhi bosses."

Jai Inder Kaur and Parminder Brar were accompanied by District President Harmesh Goyal, Ex-Mayor Sanjeev Sharma Bittu, Ex district Presidents Anil bajaj, Balwant Rai, Senior leaders KK sharma, Anil Mangla, Narinder Sehgal, Tony Bindra, Youth President Nikhil Kaka and the whole Patiala BJP team.
