Under the banner of ‘Badalta Khilta Jammu Kashmir’, the Department of Information and Public Relations Kulgam today organized photo exhibition, painting competition and screened Short Film, besides other activities to mark UT Foundation day celebrations at mini secretariat Kulgam. The events were inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat.
ACR, Mir Imtiyaz Ul Aziz; JDP, Zahid Sajjad; DIO, Showkat Hussain Ganie; AIO, Sajjad Ahmad Shah; Senior Assistant, Sajad Sofi; Tawfeeq Ahmad, Parvaiz Ahmad, Khurshid Ahmad and employees from other departments were present on the occasion.During the inaugural ceremony, the DC highlighted the proactive efforts of the administration towards steering the J&K to new heights of peace, progress and prosperity.
Students from various schools within the district participated in the Painting competition.Through photo exhibition and Screening of Short Film, success and progress recorded in the last 04 years along with art, culture was put on display and highlighted.
