The Marketing Club of Gain Jyoti Institute of management & Technology, Phase 2 organised an extraordinary event The Ad-Mad Show that showcased the creative streak of students. This event that celebrated vibrancy and innovation in the world of advertising. 

Dr. Aneet Bedi, Director, GJIMT Presented the event. While Professor Gurdeepak Singh, Harshita Sood, Narinder Yadav, Director Ex-AC, National Security was special guest at the event.  The main objective of the event was to bring out the creative expression of students and to acquaint them with promotional strategies in marketing through advertisements.

The event was an opportunity to bring out the individual and collective talent of the students participating in it. It comprises humorous and conceptual presentations by the students. In this event, participants produced an advertisement for a product or service in a proper way that is quite appealing to the audience. 

Students also acted out various amusing, attention-grabbing, and conceptual advertisement scripts and ideas relevant for different sectors, including FMCG products, luxury goods and services, automobiles, social awareness, etc.

In the competition of commercials of products, a total of 6 teams showcased their creativity and marketing skills. Students played the ads in front of judges, which were very innovative, creative, and full of expression.

After fierce competition, Akash Dogra - MBA III, Bhupinder Singh - MBA III, Akhil Parihar - MBA III, Parshant Yadav - BBA III, Sahil - MBA III, Abhisek Mohal - MBA III from Team Knight Riders grab first position with cash prize of Two thousand & certificate.  

While  Team Achievers Rahul Singh - BBA V, Aanchal - BBA III, Arnav Mehra - B.Com I, Ishani Supriya - B.Com I, Khushdeep Kaur - BBA III was first runner up  with fifteen hundered prize & Certificate.Dr. Aneet Bedi, director GJIMT congratulate the winners. 

She said that preparing an advertisement for a product involves principles of Management, which include qualities like teamwork, creativity, imagination, choice of product, etc. The Ad Mad Show competition is the perfect platform to display that you have the knack to advertise and win hearts. 

With this thought in mind, An Ad-Mad Competition was held for the students of Presidium. Students presented Ads wherein they used their extraordinary skills and imagination to make it interesting. They were marked on the following criteria- Creativity, originality, content, confidence, expressions, costumes, and props.
