The Chief Minister commended the efforts of Lalit Gupta in compiling this valuable resource and said that knowledge about rich nutrition diet is the first step towards making healthy lifestyle choices and safeguarding one's health.
This booklet would provide essential information about the nutritional and dietary elements necessary for a healthy lifestyle. "Nutrition is the foundation of good health and this booklet aims to empower individuals with the knowledge they need to make informed choices about their diet.", reiterated the Chief Minister.
