Fulfilling the promises made to the women folk of the state during the assembly elections, the present state government has launched the Indira Gandhi Pyari Behna Sukh Samman Nidhi Yojana under which an honorarium of Rs. 1500 will be provided to the women between 18 to 59 years of age from the next fiscal.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said this while addressing a huge public meeting organized at Jaisinghpur ground in Kangra district today. On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced to upgrade the status of Sub Tehsil Panchrukhi to Tehsil. 

He announced opening of Block Medical Office (BMO) in Jaisinghpur and announced Sub Division of Jal Shakti Department in Harsi, ITI Institute in Dhar area, Ayurvedic Dispensary Kosari to 10 bed hospital, 10 bed Ayurvedic Hospital in Aalampur, Veterinary Hospital at Khaira and Harsi. 

He also announced a provision of rupees two crore each for the construction of above.He said that the Budget presented this year was dedicated to the common people. He said that a provision has been made in the Budget to provide free treatment facilities to the elderly above 70 years of age. 

Apart from this, to strengthen the economic condition of the farmers, the government has announced support price for wheat, maize and for procurement of cow milk at the support price of Rs. 45 and that of buffalo to Rs. 55 thereby becoming the first state in the country to take this initiative. 

He said that as 90 percent of the state's population lives in villages, the government has made special provision in the budget to strengthen the rural economy.  On this occasion, AYUSH Minister Yadvinder Goma thanked the Chief Minister for giving representation to his constituency in the Cabinet. 

He said that he will always stand with Chief Minister and will work for the upliftment of the area with full dedication. Goma said that he will never let the trust break imposed in him by the Chief Minister. He thanked the Chief Minister for dedicating development projects worth more than Rs.150 crore in Jaisinghpur assembly constituency in the last one year.

Earlier, the Chief Minister addressed public meeting at Mansimbal in Sulah Vidhan Sabha constituency and announced Sulah to be up-graded as Tehsil. He said that it was necessary to strengthen the rural economy to make Himachal Pradesh self-reliant and in this direction we have presented agrarian Budget this year for the betterment of farming community.

During the monsoon disaster last year many areas of Sulah were affected along-with the entire state. The government increased the relief amount manifold and taking into consideration the apathy of the disaster affected who had no house to live in the government announced to increase in the relief amount from Rs.1.5 lakh to rupees seven lakh. 

A part from this the government also provided rupees five thousand in rural areas and Rs. 10 thousand in urban areas as rent for the accommodation till 31st March. The government is also spending Rs. 1.15 lakh on the education of children of the widows and single women.

Chairman State Co-operative and Agriculture Development Bank, Sanjay Chauhan welcomed the Chief Minister to his home segment and thanked him for giving pace for the development works in his areas which were in limbo during the BJPs regime. Earlier, in Jaisinghpur, the Chief Minister inaugurated and performed the foundation stone ceremonies of development works totaling of Rs. 140.67 crore. 

He inaugurated two projects completed with an outlay of Rs. 13.30 crore which includes Rs. 2.26 crore sub tehsil office building at Aalampur and up-gradation of lift drinking water supply scheme Jalag-Draman completed with an outlay of Rs. 11.04 crore. He also laid the foundation stone of 15 projects to cost Rs. 127.37 crore in Jaisinghpur assembly constituency.

These include the foundation stone of the Amenity block of Govt. Polytechnic College at Tawlar to cost Rs. 2.71 crore, Multipurpose Indoor Stadium at Jaisinghpur to be built at a cost of Rs. 10 crore, Rajiv Gandhi Model Day-Boarding School at Sol Vanehar to cost Rs. 5 crore, Keru Kelan to Kotlu road including a bridge over Mand Khud to cost Rs. 7.15 crore, work of Bahru-Nadli-Gharchandi-Malli road to be constructed with a cost of Rs. 8 crore, link road to Umar village including bridge over Salyani Khud to be built at a cost of Rs. 6.30 crore, bridge over Neugal Khud on Paprola to Alampur road to be built at a cost of Rs. 8.39 crore, up-gradation work of Dhupkyara to Jhunga Devi road at a cost of Rs. 9.73 crore, up-gradation work of Nahalna to Gadiyara road at a cost of Rs. 4.79 crore, up-gradation work of Molag to Maila road to cost Rs. 6.52 crore and the up-gradation work of Raipur to Lambagaon via Sugdi-Da-Bagh road at a cost of Rs. 5.47 crore.

The Chief Minister also laid foundation stone of the lift drinking water scheme for various panchayats of adjoining Panchrukhi and Jaisinghpur area to cost Rs. 34.24 crore, remaining work of Takruhal Kuhal, Parnuhal-Saliyana Kuhal and Parnuhal-Chathami Kuhal under flow irrigation scheme to cost Rs. 8.26 crore, the command area development work of Parnuhal Kuhal, Simbloo Kuhal and Takruhal Kuhal under the Flow Irrigation Scheme at a cost of Rs. 7.59 crore and 33/11 KV sub-station Rakkar/Andretta to be built under Panchrukhi Electric sub-division at a cost of Rs. 3.23 crore.

Developmental projects dedicated in Sulah AC

In Sulah AC, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of development works totaling of Rs. 66 crore.The Chief Minister inaugurated ten projects of the Public Works Department constructed at a cost of Rs. 59.34 crore.

He inaugurated remaining works of Thural-Bachhawai road and span bridge on Neugal Khud built at a cost of Rs. 10.93, link road from Samana Bheravshwar temple to Bhoda built at a cost of Rs. 2.87 crore, link road from Sarwa-Kanalpatt-Ramerh-Bhawarna-Bhatti-Samlena built at a cost of Rs. 5.81 crore, link road from Rud Panyali to Kolhru-Ghamoon-Galuhi-Kaluna built at a cost of Rs. 7.04 crore, up-gradation work of link road from Panyali to Jhunga Devi Temple via Dhalera Kholi and Bhadrol built at a cost of Rs. 6.44 crore, widening and strengthening on Parour-Dheera-Naura to Purba road built at a cost of Rs. 21.03 crore, six number type III residential complex of Public Works Department in Bhawarna built at a cost of Rs. 1.72 crore, office building-cum-residence of Assistant Engineer Thural built at a cost of Rs. 80 lakh, Block Elementary Education Office building at Thural built at a cost of Rs. 1.21 crore, construction of 30 meter span Bailey bridge over Tahal Khud on Kharouth on Ghanetta via Mahant Nagar (Kabrian) road built at a cost of Rs. 1.51 crore.

He laid the foundation stone for the construction of link road from Bharath to Chowki Bharsola via Dhain to be completed at a cost of Rs. 6.85 crore. MLA Sanjay Rattan, President Kangra Cooperative Bank Kuldeep Pathania, former MLA Milkhi Ram Goma, President Block Congress Committee Jaswant Dharwal were also present amongst others.

 

मुख्यमंत्री ने जयसिंहपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र को 141 करोड़ रुपये के विकास कार्यों की सौगात दी

पंचरुखी उप-तहसील को स्तरोन्नत कर तहसील में बदलने की घोषणा

प्रदेश की महिलाओं से विधानसभा चुनावों के दौरान किए गए वायदे को पूरा करते हुए राज्य सरकार ने इंदिरा गांधी प्यारी बहना सुख-सम्मान निधि योजना आरंभ कर 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु की पात्र बेटियों और महिलाओं को 1500 रुपये सम्मान राशि आरंभ कर दी है। इस योजना में महिलाओं को प्रतिवर्ष 18 हजार रुपये मिलेंगे। 

मुख्यमंत्री ठाकुर सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने यह बात आज कांगड़ा जिला के जयसिंहपुर मैदान में आयोजित एक भारी जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए कही। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में भ्रष्टाचार पर पूर्ण अंकुश लगाकर अतिरिक्त राजस्व एकत्रित हुआ है और इस पैसे को जनकल्याण पर व्यय किया जा रहा है ताकि लोगों को अधिक से अधिक लाभ प्रदान किया जा सके।

इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने उप-तहसील पंचरुखी को तहसील में स्तरोन्नत करने की घोषणा की। उन्होंने जयसिंहपुर में ब्लॉक मेडिकल ऑफिस (बीएमओ), हारसी में जल शक्ति विभाग का उप-मण्डल, धार क्षेत्र में आईटीआई संस्थान, आयुर्वेदिक डिस्पेंसरी कोसरी का दर्जा बढ़ा कर दस बिस्तरों का अस्पताल, आलमपुर में दस बिस्तरों का आयुर्वेदिक अस्पताल, वेटनरी अस्पताल खैरा और हारसी के भवनों के निर्माण के लिए दो-दो करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान करने की घोषणा की।

ठाकुर सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने कहा कि प्रदेश में पिछले वर्ष आई प्राकृतिक आपदा में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा राज्य की कोई सहायता नहीं की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि विकट आर्थिक परिस्थितियों के बावजूद प्रदेश सरकार ने अपने संसाधनों से 4500 करोड़ का आपदा राहत पैकेज दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि असहायों का दर्द समझते हुए सरकार ने प्रभावित परिवारों को राहत देने के लिए आपदा राहत एवं पुनर्वास के लिए प्रदान की जा रही सहायता राशि के नियमों में भी बदलाव किया। 

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार ने पूरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त मकान की मुआवजा राशि को 1.50 लाख से बढ़ाकर 7 लाख रुपये किया है।उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार का इस वर्ष का बजट आम लोगों को समर्पित है। उन्होंने कहा कि 70 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के बुजुर्गों को मुफ्त इलाज की सुविधा देने का प्रावधान किया गया है। 

इसके अतिरिक्त किसानों की आर्थिक स्थिति को मजबूत करने के लिये प्राकृतिक खेती से उत्पादित गेंहू और मक्का तथा गाय व भैंस के दूध का समर्थन मूल्य तय करने वाला हिमाचल, देश का पहला राज्य बना है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश की लगभग 90 प्रतिशत आबादी गांवों में रहती है और सरकार ने ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने के लिये बजट में विशेष प्रावधान किया है।

इस अवसर पर आयुष मंत्री यादविन्द्र गोमा ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री ने उन्हें प्रदेश मंत्रिमण्डल में शामिल कर जयसिंहपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लोगों का मान बढ़ाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि वह हर परिस्थिति में मुख्यमंत्री ठाकुर सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू के साथ खड़े रहेंगे और पूर्ण निष्ठा के साथ क्षेत्र के उत्थान के लिए कार्य करेंगे।यादविन्द्र गोमा ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री ने पिछले एक वर्ष में जयसिंहपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 150 करोड़ से अधिक की विकास परियोजनाओं के उद्घाटन व शिलान्यास किए हैं। 

उन्होंने कहा कि क्षेत्र के स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों में मुख्यमंत्री ने चिकित्सकों की कमी को पूरा किया है। इस अवसर पर ज्वालामुखी के विधायक संजय रतन, कांगड़ा सहकारी बैंक के अध्यक्ष कुलदीप सिंह पठानिया, पूर्व विधायक मिल्खी राम गोमा, ब्लॉक कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष जसवंत डढवाल, उपायुक्त कांगड़ा हेमराज बैरवा, पुलिस अधीक्षक शालिनी अग्निहोत्री और अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे।
