As part of its collaborative efforts to strengthen ties with major educational institutions of the country, Sri Pratap College Srinagar today hosted an interactive session of the girl students with Prof. Geeta Singh, Director, Centre for Professional Development in Higher Education, Delhi University.

Vice Chancellor, Cluster University Srinagar, Prof Qayyum Hussain, Controller Examinations, Cluster University, Srinagar and Dean Academic Affairs, Cluster University Srinagar were also present on the occasion.

Professor Geeta expressed her pleasure and satisfaction over the growing enrollment of girl students in the College. She congratulated the Principal of the College, Prof (Dr) Ghulam Jeelani Qureshi for creating a healthy environment for the girl students.

Prof. Geeta was invited by the administration of Cluster University, Srinagar to speak on ‘Role of Women in Nation Building’ during a programme which was attended by faculty and students from all the constituent colleges.
