To mark “Bhrashtachar Mukt J&K Week”, the Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu organised a series of awareness activities. Director Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu, Dr. Naseem Javaid Chowdhary  highlighted the purpose of celebrating “Bhrashtachar Mukt J&K Week” and said that  a series of community based awareness programme are being held in the subordinate offices of Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu to educate Government Officers / Officials and citizens about the detrimental effects of corruption and ways to combat it.

The Director said that the administration is committed to shift all the government offices to online mode to foster transparency in the working.  “Online shift of services has paved the way for transparent, accountable and accessible government to citizens and also ensured time bound service delivery and redressal of grievances,” he added.

All the Officers /Officials of Directorate of Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu were administered an oath to stand against corruption.Those who were present on the occasion included Dr. Surinder Gupta, Deputy Director( Central), Dr. Anil Koul, APO, Shivali Sethi, Deputy Director (P&S), Dr. Nasir Altaf Zargar,Technical Officer, Asheesh Sharma, Publicity Officer and Anita Jamwal, Accounts Officer.
