Pre Lok-Adalat Session held at Ganderbal

In connection with the upcoming National Lok Adalat scheduled on 9th of September 2023, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Ganderbal today conducted Pre Lok-Adalat session for Pre-Litigation cases in District Court Ganderbal. 

During the Pre Lok-Adalat Session, hundreds of Pre-Litigation cases were taken up for settlement in which almost 50 cases were resolved by Secretary DLSA, Ganderbal, Nusrat Ali Hakak.During the Pre-Lok Adalat Session, Secretary DLSA, Ganderbal said that the prime objective of the Lok Adalats is to settle the disputes amicably through compromise so as to save the time and money of the parties and to reduce personal enmity between them.

Victim Compensation Cheques were also distributed among the victims by Chairman DLSA, Ganderbal, reflecting its commitment to providing support and justice to the affected individuals and families. 

DLSA has tirelessly worked towards ensuring justice and support to victims who have suffered losses due to unfortunate incidents and circumstances.To continue this heartfelt gesture, cheques were distributed among the compensation beneficiaries for bringing relief and hope to those in need.
