Anti-ragging week involving various activities viz Orientation Program on the theme “SAY NO TO RAGGING”, Poster making competition, Slogan Writing competition and screening of Documentary on anti-ragging concluded at Govt. College for Women Udhampur here today.

The activities were organized under the guidance of Professor Anjali Mahajan, the College Principal and convenership of Tania Akhtar with the aim to spread the awareness among the students regarding the menace of ragging and its consequences.

On the concluding day, a skit was presented by the students of the college on the theme “STOP RAGGING”.   Prof. Anjali Mahajan was the Chief Guest and the guest of honor was Dr. Seema Sharma, HOD Music.The students participated in all activities with great zeal and enthusiasm. 

Earlier the program started with the formal welcome address presented by Mushtaq Ahmed, co-convener anti-ragging cell followed by reading the report on the weeklong activities by Tania Akhtar, convener Anti-ragging cell and the program ended with the formal vote of thanks presented by Pooja Bharti, member Anti-ragging cell.
