Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha is now all set to entertain the audiences with her OTT debut series Dahaad which is going to premiere on Amazon Prime. As The makers earlier revealed the release date of the series, now they have served the audiences with an intriguing teaser featuring Sonakshi Sinha donned in the Police uniform.
Speaking about the teaser, it opens up with a news saying of the investigation going on the multiple innocent girls who have lost their lives and the count of the cases raises to 27 with no complaints and witnesses. Sonakshi playing the role of a cop named Anjali Bhatti then rises as the woman against the crimes. She is assigned to solve the case and find out the mastermind behind all the killings.

The teaser looks quite interesting and the fierceful intense looks of Sonakshi Sinha in the cop uniform give off the feeling of Sonakshi as lady Singham. The teaser gives hints that the series is surely going to be packed with powerful performances, thrilling experiences and incredible storyline. More details can only be unveiled with the release of the trailer. Now, all eyes are on the trailer of the series which is going to be released on 3 May 2023. The series has already made noises by becoming the first Indian series to be premiered at The Berlinale International Film Festival.
Dahaad 8 parts crime drama series which is directed by Reema Kagti with Ruchika Oberoi and Zoya Akhtar produced under Excel Media & Entertainment and Tiger Baby. The series stars Sonakshi Sinha, Vijay Varma, Gulshan Devaiah, and Sohum Shah in the lead. It is slated to release on Prime Video on 12 May 2023.
