The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav held a meeting to review the district’s financial progress. They discussed how to help people get loans and financial aid from government schemes.
The DDC asked banks to focus on lending money for education, women development and farming. During the meeting, DC Kishtwar approved a plan for lending money in 2023-24 with a target of Rs 323.88 crore for the district.
After the meeting, DDC Kishtwar reviewed the performance of SBI RSETI and advised them to train young people in hospitality and tourism. The meeting was attended by ADDC Kishtwar, Sham Lal; Lead District Manager, Pankaj Kumar; DSWO Kishtwar Zubair Ahmed, CAO Kishtwar Amjad Hussain Malik; DBM NABARD Nikhil Sharma, representatives of RSETI Kishtwar various banks, District Coordinators, other heads of various Government Departments and sponsoring agencies.
