Recently Javed Akhtar was in talks for his viral video in which he was seen bravely talking about the Pakistanis slamming over 26/11 attacks in Mumbai. He blamed them for the attacks and even said that Pakistanis never opened their hearts for the Indian artists but Inidians always welcomed them open heartedly.
Pakistaniactor, model, and singer Ali Zafar who has established a good career in Bollywood has recently slammed Javed Akhtar’s statement about the 26/11 attacks. Ali recently posted a video for which he has been trolled. The video he posted was of Javed Akhtar attending a musical event in Pakistan and thanked him. He was unaware of Akhtar’s statement. Due to which he has been trolled and the actor took to his Instagram and clarified that he was unaware of Javed Akhtar’s statements on Pakistan over 26/11 attacks.
He called it insensitive and said that Pakistanis have suffered. He wrote on his Instagram post read as, “Guys, I love you all and truly value your praise and criticism equally. But I always request one thing-verify fact before reaching any conclusion or judgment. I was not present at the Faiz Mela nor aware of what was said until the next day when I saw it on social media."

Further he added, “I am a proud Pakistani and naturally no Pakistani would appreciate any statement against its country or people especially at an event meant to bring hearts closer than further. We all know how much Pakistan has suffered and continues to suffer at the hands of terrorism and such insensitive and uncalled-for remarks can deeply hurt the sentiments of so many people."
Talking about Javed Akhtar’s reaction on his viral video, he said that they all agreed with him and even clapped on what he said.
