Kangana Ranaut, prominent actress of Indian cinema can be usually seen indulged in many controversies due to her rude and to the mouth statements. As if you don’t know, back in November 2022, lyricist Javed Akhtar filed a defamation case against Kangana. Her relations with Javed Akhtar are not so good. Besides all this Kangana praised Javed for slamming Pakistan over 26/11 attacks, which made her part of trolls.
Recently a video of Javed Akhtar was going viral in which he was seen addressing a gathering in Pakistan in which he reminded them of the 26/11 attacks. Reacting to this, Kangana took to her twitter, retweeted the video of Akhtar and wrote, “Jab main Javed saab ki poetry sunti hoon toh lagta tha yeh kaise Maa Swarsati ji ki in pe itni kripa hai, lekin dekho kuch toh sachchai hoti hai insaan mein tabhi toh khudai hoti hai unke saath mein … Jai Hind @Javedakhtarjadu saab… Ghar mein ghuss ke maara .. ha ha”

Many users trolled Kangana for her sweet gesture and said that he will still not take his case back. Many said if it was really her, while others said to apologise him and request him to take the case back.
Talking about the video of Javed Akhtar, he was in Pakistan at an event which was organised in the honour of Urdu poet Faiz Ahmed Faiz where he was asked, “You have visited Pakistan so many times. When you go back do you tell your people that these are good people, they aren’t just bombing us but also greeting us with garlands and love.” On this Akhtar replied “We should not blame each other. It will solve nothing. The atmosphere is tense, which should be doused. We are people from Mumbai, we have seen the attack on our city. They (attackers) did not come from Norway or Egypt. They are still roaming free in your country. So if there is anger in the Hindustani’s heart, you can’t complain.”
Javed Akhtar also questioned them back and asked why they didn't open hearts to Indian artists the way Indians India did saying, “When Faiz Sahab visited, he was received like a very important visitor. It was broadcast all over. We hosted big functions of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Mehdi Hasan. You (Pakistan) never organized a function for Lata Mangeshkar.”
