Now two Bollywood actresses Nora Fatehi and Jacqueline Fernandez are indulged in a very bad legal fight. As we know and read their names in the headlines on the mainstream media.
Nora Fatehi has filed a defamation lawsuit against the recently released film ‘Cirkus’ starrer Jacqueline Fernandez. Nora has alleged that Jacqueline Fernandez has deliberately snatched Nora’s name in the money laundering case related to Sukesh Chandrasekhar. Nora Fatehi filed this case against Jacqueline Fernandez in December 2022. Finally, the Patiala House court in Delhi has given the date of hearing this case on 25 March 2023.

Advocate Vikram Chauhan in a defamation case, Nora Fatehi said that “Pristine reputation aside from swiftly progressing career which has quite visibly endangered her competitors who are unable to compete with her own fair footing." She stated earlier in a complaint that "It has started to become evident that the aforementioned rivals, being unable to compete with the complaints fairly in the industry, have started to try to tarnish her reputation." This would result in her losing her job and providing her rivals in the industry with more opportunities. "It is also crucial to say here that the reputation of any person in the film industry is an asset and any denting in it would do huge and irreversible damage to their career," Nora Fatehi continued in her complaint”.
Jacqueline Fernandez's attorney responded to this accusation by saying that the actress "is also read to flight in court if her name would drag in the court." That is terribly regrettable. Jacqueline has the highest regard for Nora. In the event that Jacqueline's name is brought up in court, she is also prepared to fight this matter vigorously.
