The Chairperson District Development Council (DDC) Kulgam, Mohammad Afzal Parrey today visited Grimatoo Canal Daderkoot in the district and took stock of ongoing works. During the Inspection, he was briefed by the Engineers about the progress made so far.
The Chairperson DDC was accompanied by Member District Development Council Qaimoh-B Mohammad Abass Rather, Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Department Kulgam, Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Kulgam, JEs, and PRI representatives.
Later, he also convened a meeting with PRIs, local Community in which he was apprised about the positive role played by the departments in making this project a success.
