In Early days it was tough but we managed with support of Family and government today this bussiness administration student has proved a mettle at early age.She is famous for running a fish farm in the entire valley.Along with her studies Heena also shows an interest in the bussiness.

Hina said, day by day employment is Rising in Kashmir as every body is waiting for government jobs. But this is not the case, one can start own small startup or private business people who have no strength of starting or doing anything or people who are unable to set up their own business can be employed by you in your business.

6 to10 people are working in my farm and it is not like you will survive only, but others can grab the opportunity to earn from your  bussiness. She added ,we will like to add more things to this farm in near future we need to get more machines and install a processing unit after this will be able to supply these fishes abroad and can export out of country as well as in India.

I have dream that the fish from our farm should reach out the entire world.Reiterating that it started with selling some part of land and set up this farm and our annual production is above 25 lakhs in a short period of time we are here and satisfied with the descion which she has chosen Hina added,
