Three NCC cadets of Government College for Women Udhampur, brought laurels to the college by attending the prestigious NCC camp. They represented Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh Directorate in All India Thal Sainik Camp-2022. 

This prestigious Thal Sainik Camp is unique in its own way by being a National level camp for Army Wing cadets. This 12-day camp was held at New Delhi after their rigorous training of Pre-TSC Phases at NCC camping ground, Nagrota, Jammu.

Total three Cadets of this Battalion of the College, Senior under Officer Priya Devi, JUO Shashi and JUO Pooja Devi, attended and competed in various competitions during the event. These cadets were selected for OT (Obstacle Training).

Principal of the College, Dr. Monika Sharma lauded the efforts of the cadets and congratulated them for their achievement. She motivated them to give their best in all walks of life. She also appreciated I/C ANO Shallu Jasrotia for her hard work and dedication. Later, the cadets were honored by the College Principal.
