Gillco International School Mohali enthusiastically celebrated their annual function, 'Jan Gan Man- a Musical,' at Tagore Theatre on 22 November 2022. The soulful event was graced by the presence of the honourable DIG, Mr. Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, as the chief guest along with Mr. Ranjit Singh Gill - Chairman, Gillco International School , Mr. Sahibjit Singh Sandhu Entrepreneur and Philanthropist, Mrs. Paramjeet Kaur Gill - Trustee, Gillco International School, Mrs. Jai Sandhu Gill - Director, Sales & Marketing, Gillco Group of Companies, Mr. Tejpreet Singh Gill, Director - Gillco Group of Companies.
Senior students of the school showcased their efficiency by presenting songs across various genres before the guests. All the participants were appreciated for their outstanding performances at the event. The principal, staff and other school members welcomed all the guests wholeheartedly and trained and encouraged the students to present the best of their talent.
Gillco International School leaves no stone unturned to provide ample exposure and growth opportunities to its students across all verticals, including academics, sports and extracurricular activities. This annual event consisted of a series of presentations, including lamp lighting that marked the ceremony’s beginning, followed by speeches by the principal and chief guest.
Songs portraying different emotions were presented by students, followed by a powerpack Bhangra performance that left everyone awestruck with energy and entertainment.Ms. Ruchi Sharma, Principal, Gillco International School, said, “Students performed really well at the event. They were elated to receive appreciation and kind words from our DIG, Mr. Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, who took time from his schedule to register his presence here.
