DDC Udhampur reviews progress achieved under District Capex Budget -2022-23

To review the status of developmental works being executed under District Capex budget 2022-23 and Area Development Plan, District Development Commissioner, Udhampur Krittika Jyotsna  convened a meeting of officers of different departments in the Conference Hall DC Office Complex.

Detailed deliberation were held on various aspects related to District Capex Budget 2022-23, allotments, bills drawn for the work done,  claims of the  approved works , Timeline for completion, Status of work of others departments, SOS, New works, Regular component of works, Month wise book of expenditure, New projects, Viz Health , Education, R&B, PDD, PHE, Ground water, YSS  and other sectors etc were discussed in detail.

Reviewing the department/ block wise progress of various ongoing developmental works, the DDC asked the officers to expedite the progress  and adhere to the timeline. Executing agencies were   asked to ensure completion of all the allotted works at an earliest.

Taking strong note of the slow pace in achieving the set targets, the DDC directed all concerned to put in  extra efforts to achieve the targets within the given timeframe.Among others, Additional District Development Commissioner, Anu Behl, Chief Planning Officer, Mudassir Yaqoob Zargar, GM DIC, Pankaj Anand, Assistant Commissioner Development, Ranjit Kotwal, and other officers besides all BDOs attended the meeting.
