J&K Grameen Bank today opened new premises of Branch Ashtingoo at Ashtingoo village of Bandipora.The Bank has 11 branches operational in District Bandipora.Additional District Development Commissioner Bandipora Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, in presence of Tehsildar  Aloosa, Javid Ahmed, General Manager J&K Grameen Bank, Parvaze Ahmed Mir and Regional manager J&K Grameen Bank, Gagandeep Singh inaugurated the Bank Branch at Ashtangoo, Bandipora.

 The branch has a vast area to cater to; Ashtingo, Ashtingoo Ghat, Khanibati, Khenusa, Zurimanz, Badyara besides other adjoining areas.On the occasion ADDC also interacted with bank customers, staff of the bank, PRIs and locals of the area who apprised him of several issues of their respective areas.People said that the Bank will cater  Aloosa, Ashtangoo, Watlab and other adjacent areas. The branch is presently catering to 4100 account holders with deposits about Rs. 4.20 crore and advances about Rs. 5 crore
