In order to ensure a smooth and hassle-free Yatra, a meeting of civil, police, army and paramilitary officers was held today at the mini-secretariat, here.The Additional Development Commissioner (ADC) Kulgam, Showkat Ahmad Rather chaired the meeting.
At the outset, the meeting was briefed by officials from various line departments about the arrangements/ facilities made for smooth conduct of Yatra and to facilitate the yatries which include round the clock water supply, electricity and availability of other basic amenities besides, arrangements for sanitation plan.
The ADC stressed upon all officers to work in close coordination and synergy to ensure hassle free Yatra.The meeting was attended by Commandant 9RR, Commanding Officer BSF, Commandant CRPF 18th and 24th Battalion, ACR, DPO, AD Handloom, DSP-HQ, Tehsildar Hq and other Officers.
