Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today called on former Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Shanta Kumar at 'Kayakalp' Institute in Vivekanand Medical Research Trust at Palampur in Kangra district today. The Chief Minister also called on senior RSS ideologue Madan Das Devi, who is convalescing there.
