The next project that the audience should be excited about is undoubtedly Kulwinder Billa and Mandy Takhar’s ‘Television’. Written by Mani Manjinder Singh, the film is all about a fun and nostalgic ride into an era when televisions were first introduced. As expected from the star cast, the trailer is filled with humour and drama.
The story of Television revolves around all generations, which will connect the millenials with the older generation. The trailer has revealed that the movie isn’t a plain script. It has various elements, and the story has its ups and downs. The film is based on prehistoric times when there used to be only a single television in the village. And the one who has Television is considered as the ‘King’.
Among two families, only one has a television, and the other expects that their daughter-in-law (Mandy) will carry her dowry with her. But this isn't possible and Kulwinder Billa, who married Mandy Takhar, takes the visual box from Gurpreet Ghuggi. Fun elements come when both the family wants you to watch the TV at the same time.
Undeniably, each and every character in the film has played their best role, and we can surely expect that the film will be loved by audiences and critics. The film will be presented under the banner of Saga Studios. The film is helmed by a reputed director of the industry, Taj. In a collaborative effort, Sumeet Singh and Pushpinder Kaur produced the film.
